Section 27-2611 of the New York State Electronic Equipment and Recycling Act
Effective 1/1/2012, with the exception of individual and household consumers, all other New York State consumers, including (waste haulers) businesses, private or public corporations and government entities, etc., may not dispose of electronic waste (such as computers, computer peripherals, televisions, small scale servers, and small electronic equipment, etc.) at a solid waste or hazardous waste management facility.
Your waste should never include:
o Railroad Ties Motor Oil
o Paint(except completely dried latex paint cans) please no liquids
o Petroleum Contaminated Soil
